What would you get?

I have a 2 year old (3 in August) who I JUST changed his crib to a toddler bed for lol. He sleeps good in it with his bed rail. However, I just noticed his crib is breaking so he’s in need of a new bed. Would you get an actual toddler bed or a single bed?

Answer

The toddler bed will be too small in a year or so, and I find toddlers toss a turn quite a bit. My toddler kept falling out of bed and would bang into the railings and the wall, so keep that in mind if you go for it. We just put our 2 year old in our queen sized mattress since we just upgraded and don't have room for storage, and he hasn't fallen out once yet.
