Spotting? Anything helps!

Hey everyone! I miscarried on 1/18. Stopped bleeding 1/31. I believe I ovulated 2/2 or 2/3. The past couple days I have had spotting I believe? It’s only when I wipe but it’s dark red blood. Very light when I wipe. It’s on and off all day and my panty liner is clean. I am due for a period 2/18. Could this be implantation? Or just a very weird period? No blood on liner and no cramping or clots. More than a spot but way less than my usual period. Anything helps!
