Big Question
Ok so I have been trying to conceive naturally but I bought some Premama powder packets. They just arrived yesterday. I haven’t started them yet because we have cut sex to 2x a week to boost the likelihood of strong sperm. Also, I had my period Feb. 1-3 and then for the past 2 days I had some light spotting. My question is
Should I go ahead and start the premama or wait to see if what I had was implantation bleeding.
