I didn’t test prior to CD 12. I’m so mad at myself but we did BD 2/7 and 2/10. CD 12 is definitely positive correct?!

Cd12 is definitely positive. And having sex the 7th could cover you in case you ovulated earlier than the 10th. So you should have a good chance of pregnancy. After your first positive opk you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours.
