Kids birthday on Sunday /having contractions now

What’s the best approach?

I scheduled an at home birthday party (something small) in our home for my sons birthday kids from his class we’re going to show up- I sent the invite through what’s app, was hoping to get it in before giving birth. I started very far apart contractions a few hours after sending out the invite on Thursday. The party is for Sunday.

I’m leaning towards canceling. But how do I word it and do I cancel before actually giving birth or after I give birth?

Do I let the party go on and just hire some counselors to help out while I’m not there.

My husband said I shouldn’t have even sent out the invite, but what should I do now
