Pregnancy after 2nd Bariatric surgery: head hunger!!

Hi! I've struggled with weight my whole life. Highest weight 307 im 5'9. Lowest weight after 1st surgery(sleeve): 220. Regained completely and received bypass in 2023. Current weight: 206 and 4 weeks pregnant. Im super excited to have a second baby! I credit weight loss with aiding in the conception of my first and now this one. I quit caffeine and vaping cold the first day I suspected pregnancy. Now I want to climb the freaking walls from this head hunger!! Almost no craving for coffee or nicotine but this drive to binge is so terribl!
