ZOLOFT SIDE EFFECTS ?

I just got prescribed Zoloft a few days ago for my depression & anxiety then I have to go back in 3 weeks for an update to see how I’m doing. 
Now last night my mood switched so fast & I got so depressed thinking everyone secretly hates me & well I just want to know if this is just me thinking or could it be a side effect from the Zoloft?

I have a masters in clinical psychology. It can be. But bipolar disorder can present quite similarly to a depression/anxiety comorbidity and it can be misdiagnosed. If you have signs of possible bipolar disorder and you werent properly asssesed by your dr, then you need to speak up because the meds can trigger a hypomanic episode.

Usually takes 4-6 for Zoloft to start working, but side effects typically present in the first 2 weeks. Personally I can't take it because it causes me to have hallucinations.
