AITA for not attending my bf’s convocation ceremony?

I (24f) told my bf (25m) that I probably won’t be able to attend his convocation. His ceremony is at 10am on a Monday morning. My convocation is the next day at 2pm. I had to take an unpaid day off of my new job (I am still in probation) just to attend my own convocation. Given it’s on a weekday, I’m not sure if my parents can attend. If there’s an extra ticket available, my bf said he wants to go to mine, even though I told him there’s no pressure to attend.

My bf is understandably upset, but idk if I could/want to take another unpaid day off work. There’s no guarantee there’s even a ticket for me at this point. I told him I would be happy to take him out to dinner that same night to celebrate but he was still unhappy.

*I also attended his last convocation 2 years ago when he got his certificate.

So, AITAH for not going?
