Glow Responses to emails
So wanted to let everyone who uses the app know that apparently using email as a way of contacting glow is considered by them not efficient. I reported the accountof someone who was dangerous on the app that along with that was breaking 5 or 6 rules with every post. Hwr posts were all left up for weeks and she just kept spreading more issue. As nothing was happening and it was getting to the point if actually getting people injured who were desperate for her "medical solutions" I sent an email. They replied with a long email that daid nothing in relation to.the topic and then this to finish the email "Emails are probably the least effective way to get something dealt with - so the more you report in app, the faster we can take care of the issue". If the admins did their jobs emails would not have to be sent. I've had people using slurs against me, threats, and made horrible comments and reported them to have nothing happen. One lady stalked me saying things like she was glad I.had miscarriages, would have her bf find me and SA me, and hope I would get r*ped while on vacation. I'd block her and she would make another account. Reported her and nothing happened. Sent an email and was told to block her and use in app reporting. Was being told by others on.here that she was posting under all her accounts all over..was never banned. I changed my user name but took like a month to finally stick on the app as my old name kept showing up. Glow doesn't protect the community anymore. They have killed engagement and since nobody has to follow rules is becoming a desert. Used to see hundreds of new posts daily and now some rooms might have 1-5. Do your job admins and maybe we wouldn't have to try an reach out. Edit* Yes a they said was to use the report on the posts or report the actual account. That that is the best way to get response.
