My son just turned 10 months old & wakes up sometimes 5-7 times every night. I normally give him a 6oz bottle at 8pm to put him to bed & sometimes he wakes up not even an hour after falling asleep.

I work a 4am shift Monday-Friday & his dad doesn’t get home from work till around 12am, so you can understand how this is very tiring for us.

We bed share because that’s what works for us. But I’m just looking for advice on how to get him to sleep through the night because I’m always so exhausted at work from waking up multiple times a night.

He has started solids/purees, but he’s not on a strict schedule & he doesn’t eat food consistently.
