Is it a good chance of conceiving?
Hi ladies,
I just completed my 4th IUI. The other 3 were unsuccessful. My doctor increased my letrozole from 2.5 to 5mg this cycle. See timeline below
2/13 - 2/17 I took 5mg of letrozole each day
2/17 at home insemination at 3:45pm
2/18 at home insemination at 8:30pm. No lh surge
2/19 trigger shot at 8pm. Lh surge (high). My follicle size were left ovary 29mm and 9mm, right ovary small follicle like 6.5mm
2/20 IUI at 10:30am
2/20 at home insemination at 11:55pm
Iam just worried that I should have done the last at home insemination around 8pm instead of closer to midnight. Me and my husband use at home insemination kits like mosie baby and Frida fertility due to him having performance anxiety and feeling pressure during my fertile period. But so far it hasn't worked. We have conceived twice through regular sex but one was a stillbirth at 22 weeks and the other a miscarriage. Please let me know if the timeline looks good enough to give me a good chance of success as this has been an over 2year journey including the pregnancy losses and iam a little stressed and tired both mentally and physically 😫. Also iam 37yrs old and have always wanted 3 or 4 kids so ivf would be the next step if this doesn't work.
