Toddler-proof Sunhat ???

Moms I need a recommendation! My kid will NOT keep a hat on his head and we have very fair skin  and we live in Florida. I do not know what to do. The ones with the little toggle seem to be easy to pull off, but I’m wondering if you know a brand where it stays in place better even if they tug at it?? He got too much sun on his face today and I put his hat on 20+ times. 🥵

Sunblock, we use the spray kind on the hair and neck ears. Then go over larger surfaces with the stick kind works best. gets better with age and when they see others have them.

I would give my son an umbrella to block the sun rays, plus sun block until he eventually started keeping a hat on

My son at 1 years old did this until he realized that having a hat on keeps the sun out of his eyes. It took a little bit for him to figure that out. There are sun hats with a band that goes under the chin. I'm not sure how easy this is to take off, but that might help.

Sunblock and shady areas. My oldest would not keep anything on their head until they were almost 3. Hat, hood on a sweater, visor, headbands...anything. We are also very very pale, like could camouflage in the snow pale. Sunblock and being near areas where ae can get in.shade when needed. The portable sun shelters and umbrellas were great too so we could take shade to a park or beach that doesnt have any. But we tried probably 50 different hats and zero success
