Did anyone take lysine during pregnancy?

I have taken lysine for a year daily to prevent colesores. I really don’t want them while pregnant and the doctor said 1000mg should  be ok. I don’t like the word ‘should’ lol

No i was told its not safe. Id do some research and check with a pharmacist they can tell you

I’ve taken lysine for all three pregnancies- every day. I go to a top OB in my state; they said it’s not a concern and none of my kids had any issues at birth or now.

Valacyclovir is pregnancy safe. Ask your doctor for a rx.
