Eyeliner
Does anyone have suggestions for an eyeliner pencil or crayon that holds well on the waterline? I love wearing cat eyes plus lining my waterline but by a few hrs at work, it’s smudged under my eyes. There’s a few that have minor transfer that I tried but I’d really like one that doesn’t transfer at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated (:
