Best friend still wants me to go to wedding even though I’m miscarrying

I’m 8 weeks pregnant and went to hospital and they could no longer find a heartbeat on baby girl . I’m devastated as this is me and my husband’s 3rd miscarriage. And my friends wedding is in a few days and when I told her I’m starting to miscarry she said she was sorry and then her next message was asking if I am coming to wedding and she wants me there. I don’t know how to respond I understand it’s her big day and we have been friends since 3rd grade but on the other hand I’m hurt by her asking and I don’t even know if I will be done by the day her wedding rolls around. My first miscarriage I was hemorrhaging because I tried to get out and do things when my body was still miscarrying. I just feel like if rolls were reversed I would never ask that of her and there would almost be a silent understanding and she has experienced a miscarriage before so I’m just baffled honestly. I don’t know how to handle this.
