Pregnancy test 10dpo

Hey guys! I’m 10DPO today. I’ve been going to the fertility clinic and two weeks ago I had 4 egg follicles. My positive opk was February 16th. So my ovulation day was February 17th. I’ve been having a terrible on and off headache, feel really tired, my nipples are burning and just really sore, twingy cramps, and some nausea coming and going throughout the day. What do you guys think? 😁 I took an easy at home test and can see like a faint shadow. It does not show up on camera.
