I have been on all POP pills in the past and they all caused me bleeding issues to the point I came off all birth control 3 years ago. Following this I’ve continued to have issues with spotting and have been diagnosed with luteal phase defect. I have taken conceive plus for 18 months which has reduced my pre-menstrual spotting to 3 days from 7, but I only have short cycle (24 days) and have recently started spotting during ovulation too. I am about to get married and want to conceive but from everything I read it seems this will be impossible. Has anyone had anything similar?
