ADHD & Sex Drive Advice

I’ve had ADHD for as long as I can remember and been medicated for years because of it.

In past relationships, I struggled with being intimate… basically, I got bored of it or I couldn’t stay focused during it. And I don’t know if that just means I wasn’t having good sex or if it’s something wrong with me. I’m in a new relationship now and we haven’t been fully intimate and that’s on me.

I know my medications can cause a lower sex drive, so I was wondering what can be done to up the sex drive (without stopping the medication I’m on, or needing like a female viagra)?
