UTI? bladder infection? Please help

So I’ve been having weird stomach pains since last week like I have to use the bathroom but don’t end up needing to use the bathroom . I thought it was food poisoning but now it’s happening everyday usually only at night. My stomach will be in knots & my pelvis will feel tender. It also feels like something is pushing on my bladder to make me pee more often. My pee is bright pink not red and I know it’s not from my period because it’s coming directly from my pee. My period is also 37 days late. (I have PCOS & small fibroids as well) I just had my annual exam & full STD panel & everything was clear but my doctor didn’t do a Pap smear. I went to acute care & they tested for everything & she said there was no bacteria or infections showing in my urine but gave me antibiotics anyway. I’ve been taking the antibiotics but still having the stomach pains. Anyone else had these symptoms before?
