why when i get allergies it turns into something bigger😳?

so it all started in october 2023.. i got really bad allergies since i work at a school and its outdoors obviously im a yard duty. after the allergies i got a bad cough and fever.. turns out it was valley fever and pnemonia for the 1st time i got those 2 sicknessses unfortunately. 😪 it didnt go away til like mid november beginning december ... mine you i had 2 babies 1 in 2020 and the other in 2023 im 29 years old i got overweight alittle bit so my immune system got bad ... i am trying to lose weight because im scared of getting sick and something bad happen to me i weigh 160😞 they kept testing my vallley fever til now i still have a little bit still its March... im getting tests done too. okay so last week got allergies again stuffy nose itchy ears itchy throat .. now i got a cough again and been coughing a lot .. im sooooo scared its probably came again and sooo scared of pnemonia 😞 but why am i keep getting this sickness over and over again? like is this normal for me? i'm so scared i feel like something is wrong g with me i need surgery in my lungs or something to clean whatever i have out idk!!!!!

idk why i keep getting sick im so terrified 😞 im trying to lose weight but me getting sick a lot ever since october worries me... also i do have rhemtoid arthritis and hyperthyroid issues as well soo all this isnt mixing well wit me... idk why i have soo much things i guess im not healthy at all😫😕😕😕😕😔😥😓 is this a sign im going to die? i have 2 babies i cant die...
