Sleeping Position For 4 week old ?

What’s the best sleeping position for a 4 week old ? My little one has reflux and has difficulty sleeping on her back. Is the tummy is a safe option? TIA

No. Babies should not sleep on their bellies until they roll themselves onto their stomach. My pediatrician said on their back and recommended rolling a towel underneath the bassinet mattress for a slight incline. Not a steep one.
You’ll also want to keep baby upright for at least 20 minutes after their feed

Hold baby upright (like laying on your chest) for 20-30 minutes after you feed them and then lay them down. You can get a mattress wedge so they are not laying totally flat.

Burp baby for 30-45mins after each feed or let them burp out atleast 3 times before laying them down.
