Discharge 12w

I know this could be “normal” look im a first time mom that had a previous chemical and everything haunts me! Rn im 12w and 2 days and when i wiped I saw this little dot is it green is it yellow idk i know its not a lottt its a little dot but everything makes me panic! Is it normal is it not should i call my doctor? Also cramping a lot i know everything is stretching but yeah
