Do you guys sleep with some type of bra?

I’ve heard that it’s bad to not wear a bra and some people sleep with even sports bra on. Is that a bad thing? What is your opinion?

No bra is better. If a bra is worn, loose and no underwire is best. 
Bras actually reduce the elasticity of the breasts which cause more sag later in life.

Generally speaking, there's no benefits to sleeping in a bra. The rumor that it helps keep your breasts from sagging is untrue. Bras tend to accumulate sweat, dirt and oil, which can cause acne or skin irritation if you're sleeping in the same one you've been wearing all day. The compression can also cause issues with circulation and chaffing, especially if you're sleeping in an underwire bra. If you're going to sleep in a bra, its better to wear an unlined one made with a breathable material. Plenty of women opt to sleep in a sports bra for comfort reasons, especially if you've got bigger breasts, but its important to make sure whatever bra you're sleeping in is clean and not too tight. Overall though, if its comfortable to, its better to sleep with the bra off.

A few years ago I stopped wearing a bra most of the time because of a pinched nerve. Im a 42 DD. I wear nothing at home except maybe a tank under my shirt, and only wear an actual bra if Im going out and will look indecent, but since Im a SAHM it's not daily. Im 44 with very minimal sagging and nursed 4 kids. I actually read somewhere that no bra forces your boobs to use their own muscles for support and keeps them toned. Im not sure if it's true, but in my case I think it may be.

Hell no! I free my titties whenever I can, especially while sleeping. Wearing a bra actually weakens the pectoral muscles resulting in weaker saggier boobs in the long run

Absolutely not. My only concern after coming home from work is to take my bra off straight away lol.

I usually sleep with no bra,  but if my nipples and boobs are sore or tender I’ll throw a sports bra on just to feel somewhat secure

I haven’t worn a bra in 3 years. I only wear a sports bra to the gym. I don’t own normal bras anymore and I love it.
