IBS symptoms changed at 6DPO

Hello! I need the girlies who have IBS to give your experiences? About a year and a half ago I had surgery on my intestines due to trauma from a car accident. I’m totally find now with the exception that the surgery gave me short gut sydrome/ IBS-D. This is a little tmi but I’ve gone months without having a solid BM. I’m 6DPO today and I’ve been having solid BM for 2 days straight along with bloating. I haven’t changed my diet or anything. Am I crazy or could this be a symptom? The last few months of ttc I’ve never experienced this. It’s always diarrhea as AF approaches.
