Is it possible to be pregnant?

I’m 11Dpo I took a pregnancy test this morning. I got a faint positive and then a couple hours later after I peed and wiped a got some light pink blood. I have had some small cramps in my abdomen and lower back aches for a couple days now. Posting the test below.
