Help..!!

Hi everyone. My periods started on 30 Dec 2023 and ended on Jan 10 2024. Later, the next period got back to normal that is started on Jan 29 2024 and ended on Feb 3 2024. Since then I'm ttc and till today didn't get my period also I took a pregnancy test yesterday but unfortunately it was negative. Can someone please explain me whether I have to wait to take next test or expect a period.

I'm having tingling and pulling pain on the lower abdomen on left side and my right eye is twitching (which is not common for me). Can someone please guide me through this?
