Do you like being asked a ton of questions?

I told my boyfriend I don’t like being asked a ton of questions I feel like I’m being interrogated

I told him this evening

Me: So I guess my brother is not working tomorrow if you wanna go up to look at the plumbing

Him: why doesn’t he work tomorrow?

Me: I don’t know?

Him: why don’t you know?

Me: cos I didn’t ask

Him: why didn’t you ask

Me: cos if he wanted to tell me, he would’ve. It’s not really my business?

Him: why didn’t he tell you

Me: again….. I don’t know and I don’t like being asked all these questions. Does it really matter? I didn’t care enough to ask him, that’s that.

Him: FINE! I’ll stop asking questions

Me: I don’t care you ask questions, the numerous questions is to much.

Him: no problem I’m all set!

Do you like being asked questions like this??

Its weird he needed to ask about it that much. You could have said idk maybe its his day off? He also didnt have to ask so many questions about the same thing. I would have taken the first answer or just have continued to talk about the first thing mentioned instead of ask about why your brothers off. If he knows you dont like being interogated he should have stopped at 1 or 2 questions as well.
