Can severe anxiety affect pregnancy in 1st trimester
I suffer with severe anxiety and its mainly from work. I am now concerned that it will have a negative effect on my growing child. I know youre all not medical practitioners (ive been signed off work by my GP this week), but just looking for advise on how to calm down because breathing isnt helping
