IUD and pregnancy symptoms?

So I’m currently on IUD, have been for 11 months. Since Sunday I have had pregnancy symptoms such as bloating, sickness, some constipation, dizziness and cramps, indigestion, lower back ache..all which I had with my 2 previous pregnancies, only difference is no sore breast.

I have tested as I know not all contraception is 100% and at present is is negative. My first pregnancy I had symptoms before I got my BFP so I’m a little up in air what could be causing this? My last period was 43 days ago and my cycles are all up in the air due to the coil.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Iv been docs and are sending me for a scan for coil placement check and checks on my ovaries, but I can still feel my strings.

I will keep testing every couple of days incase.
