Is this normal?

6 weeks and 6 days postpartum, I’m breastfeeding but just got my period back yesterday. My milk supply has dropped. Is there any way to increase it?

Just a couple of tips, however I believe this is normal. Your body produces a lot of milk until it can sense how much your baby truly needs. Staying hydrated is key. Body armor is a good drink to have a  each day. The coconut water in it helps milk production. Also peanut butter is really good for milk production. Make sure you take vitamins prenatals because your body is constantly putting out that liquid gold, and you will become malnourished if not monitored. Lastly stay super hydrated! Your supply will only temporarily drop while on your period but will boost back up once it’s over. Don’t stress it’s completely normal. Just nurse on demand.

Happened to me everytime I got my period and I breastfed for almost 2 years. Just keep up your water and food intake and breastfeeding as normal. It regulates after your period ends

I got my period almost at the exact same time! It definitely stinks, but apparently isn’t uncommon even if breastfeeding consistently. 
As far as the drop off in supply, you could try pumping in between breastfeeding sessions. You could also use a silicone “pump” to pull out the fore milk from the opposite breast from which you’re nursing - if your little one is like mine and only does one breast per feeding. Definitely talk to a lactation consultant if you’re concerned. My pediatricians office has one onsite, otherwise ask for recommendations from your pediatrician and even OB office! 
And don’t worry. Breastmilk supply can be unpredictable sometimes. Just do your best and ask for help from professionals with expertise.

My supply always goes down a bit when I’m on my period. It’ll come back to normal after. It’s just hormones. Just make sure you’re staying hydrated.

My supple used to drop terribly with my first. I’ve had better luck with taking calcium and magnesium supplements in maintaining my supply during my cycles this time around.

What are you pumping on top of nursing? You had quite an oversupply. Your supply is regulating.
You should just be latching on demand. Watching wet diapers (6+ a day equals plenty of milk). Only pump when away from babe and a bottle is given. 
A normal supply would be pumping .5-1oz total between latching. 
6oz total in one session is 2 full feeds.
