Chemical pregnancy?

The test down the bottom was taken today with first morning urine. 
Is a lot lighter than my other tests done pervious days. Does this mean I’m having a chemical pregnancy?

Update.  Bottom test was taken four hours after middle tests (fmu). I even had a coffee. It’s now darker. No idea why my morning tests were lighter than the day before

I would get blood drawn to see if levels rise as they should either way
