Starting to sleep again.

Honestly idk if it's because my partner has been away these past few days but I'm finally starting to sleep more. Will wake up maybe once to pee and turn around but without being fully awake. Is anyone experiencing this as well? I haven't had a decent sleep for 5 weeks. Now currently 30+6.
