Baby measuring small, should I be concerned ?

Hey! First pregnancy through IVF, I went to clinic today for first scan (7 weeks) the nurse said I am measuring 6week and 3 days and sack was smaller than expected. Is this something I should be concerned about?

This happened to me in the beginning too. Baby measured like a whole week behind. They’re soo tiny at this stage that it’s hard to get an accurate measurement. Even a slight shake of her hand could place the cursor a few mm away and measure differently. My baby’s now measuring ahead at 31 weeks. My dr said up to a week and a half off is normal.
