14weeks 3 days bleeding

Hello how’s everyone doing, I just wanted to ask some questions or stories here being pregnant and bleeding? I was sent to emergency last night through bleeding bright red and a big blub of blood out of nowhere with out pain or any signs. It was the most scariest day of my life, scared that I might loosing my baby. During ultrasound in the ER baby is ok with a heart rate of 153bpm, baby is healthy and moving inside. Doctor sent us home later after reading ultrasound that they don’t even know why I’m bleeding or what cause of bleeding, no hemorrhage inside no subchroinic or whatever. I was looking for any experiences like mine and everything is fine after? Thank you so much.
