Easter party/egg hunt for my baby

My babygirl is in the 1st grade and tomorrow she is having an Easter party/egg hunt at school. They want each student to bring 12 filled eggs for the hunt and I’m so heart broken because we’re so broke (-500) that we can’t afford to buy any eggs for her classmates so I think I’m going to keep her home…

Edit: school is over and her teacher hasn’t even messaged me back… I can’t stop crying because I feel bad for sending her to school knowing I can’t help with her classmates but also because she should be able to go and have fun…

I’m in a rut I can’t seem to get out of. I can’t even afford to feed my kids at the moment. We have a little bit of food but running out. So I’m crying over a lot of things and thinking of her missing school just because we can’t afford to get her eggs for her party is just upsetting me even more. I could really use all the prayers and positive vibes I can get
