Nipple piercing pimple?

I got my nipples pierced January 2024 and they have been healing fine, a little puss & dried crusties but I clean them everytime I shower with disinfectant soap (like my piercer suggested)

I look at them every single day & I noticed yesterday that one of them has a pimple looking thing idk what is is or how to get rid of it.

About 2 years ago I got my nose pierced and it grew a keloid that was hard and I ultimately took it out and it went away. I DO NOT want to take these out because I went through so much pain to get to this point 🙃

Could someone tell me if this is a keloid or what it is & how to get rid of it plz?
