Is this a dumb excuse?

I haven’t seen my bf in a while. He told me to drive to him. It’s about a 65 mile drive (1hr 10 min) drive)

On my way there my tire popped. My car started alerting me about my tire losing air. I’m getting it fixed at Costco but I decided to tell my bf that I would be able to see him after they patch it.

I asked him if he could possibly come to me or if we can meet halfways. He responds with he has his dog and brother. His brother is 16 does not need special attention. His parents are there. What does his brother have to do with not being able to come? Can’t he leave his dog with his parents or brother?

He then brings up sex….

He starts to cuss saying “fine let me go meet you up then fuck I’m already fucking starving”

I told him he can go eat because I’ll be done by 12 ish. He says it’s way too late to come see me😞
