hey guys, i’m 12 weeks pregnant today. i’ve been having severe stomach pain to a point where if i move i’m doubled over in pain and because of that i’m nauseous. this has been going on since last night, and into today. i have barely been able to sleep, everything i try to search up keeps telling me that it could be due to my uterus growing or it could be something more serious like a miscarriage. i have a doctors appointment today about this, but is there anyone who has had this happen that they know what it is? i’m not bleeding, so i dont think its a miscarriage. (i hope not at least)
