Update about prental care
Hey im currently 13weeks n 5 days I haven’t been taking any prenatal vitamins because the ones I do have baby doesn’t like them an makes my stomach feel very upset will the baby still be okay ? Im planning to get more soon but it been like a week or more since I’ve took them but I eat a lot and drink a lot of water is it normal to not take prenatals like did moms back in the day didn’t take any right? 😭
