Sciatica ?

I’m new here but I’m 4 months pregnant now and yes I’ve heard back pain is normal during pregnancy but I thought that was during your third trimester but I’ve had this sharp shooting pain from my lower back down to maybe the back of my knee now since I was 2 months pregnant but it’s getting worse any advice?

I had sciatica briefly during my second trimester. Try moving your legs together as much as possible and some stretching.

We have humans in our uterus moving and pressing on us in new ways. Things are growing stretching moving around. Totally normal. Doubt a PT or chiro could do much of anything. It’s just normal pregnancy aches and pain.
