I’m ready to quit with no notice. I work remote in order processing and CS. My company announced my department was being cut in favor of AI. They’ve partnered with a company to build out AI. The CS side they need people on so they’ve asked us to train our replacements who work for the AI company. I thought it was going to be 1 week but it’s actually 5 weeks 4 hours a day.

I don’t have enough work to train someone on so I emailed my boss and expressed my concern she essentially was like if you need more work reach out to me Monday.

I don’t feel I can train someone and I’m honestly so stressed out I’m ready to quit. I don’t know what to do.
