I’ve never been pregnant and I’ve always thought I would never be able to get pregnant, I’m a diabetic, overweight, have pcos, smoked on and off for 20+ yrs. I started mounjaro bout a month ago and started going to the dr and working my health went to the gyno and she mentioned I’m at the age of I want a baby I need to do something now. I did lab work on the 21st to check my progesterone levels and it came back saying I am ovulating on my own. I missed my period by 2 days and took a test and it came out positive!!!!!

Took another one this morning to make sure I wasn’t dreaming and it is still positive!!!
