Itchy down there…😓

So I have a bit of a situation, it’s kind of embarrassing, but I’m pretty sure some people go through it at some point of their life. Christmas last year I bought my boyfriend at the time, cologne and scented lotion. I’m not sure why he thought it would be a good idea to lather himself in lotion everywhere and I mean everywhere 🤦🏽‍♀️. We had intercourse prior to me, knowing that he had put some lotion on his 🍆, afterwards my lady parts became very irritated. I automatically assumed that he had given me some type of STD, I went to see my OBG. She ran a battery bloodwork and everything was fine, she figured it may have been contact dermatitis. I was given some medication to use temporarily until the burning and itching subsided, that was about five months ago. I have had the same discomfort on and off since then I don’t know if it was a coincidence or if the lotion or whatever chemicals in the lotion triggered this ongoing inflammation. Has anyone gone through this problem? If so, how did you resolve it?
