Mucus plug?? 36 weeks pregnant

Could I have lost my mucus plug already? This is second baby. I’m 36 weeks. Lately I’ve had a little discharge, but definitely more like ovulation discharge. Then…tonight I got a blob of clear jelly like discharge, definitely a lot thicker in consistency and about an inch and a half long. Could that be my mucus plug??

FYI I do have a midwife appointment tomorrow and will talk with my midwife about it. I’m just asking here for other’s experiences
