39w4d & really going through it

So I went to the hospital Saturday night after having painful contractions all day long but got sent home cause they aren’t close enough together and the contractions aren’t long enough. Came home and all day water Sunday I’ve been in so much pain. My head is killing me, my neck is really really sore and it hurts to move it, I’ve continued having contractions, my back/vagina/lower stomach are so so sore, and I also kind of feel like I have the flu? I’ve had a low grade fever (99.9), sweating like crazy to where my whole body is drenched in sweat and then if I’m not hot & sweating I’m freezing cold to the point in shivering and my teeth are chattering. PLEASE TELL ME SOMEONE ELSE HAS EXPERIENCED THIS?!?! What is happening to my body?! This is baby number 3 and I’ve never gone through this.
