Just wanted to share to help out, I’ve seen a few post on here saying that’s normal or if they don’t have this symptom it’s not an allergy. My week old newborn has had diarrhea for 3 days straight (I called the second day) he was on Enfamil Gentlease, I used for both my girls before never had a problem, he’s stool was the normal yellow running new born poo, except he was gassy, always raising his legs up in discomfort was a little fussy but nothing to extreme, he was having diarrhea every 20-30min or so constantly. No other symptom, no rashes, hard stomach, no obsessive crying, but I still called the pediatrician because it seemed like to much loose stools for me, they said he needed to be seen and to save a diaper so they can test the stool. Turns out there was blood in his stool, nothing visible to the eye, I wasn’t seeing it in his diaper but the test picked it up and he tested positive for milk allergy and switched our formula to hypoallergenic. I saw a few people on here saying runny yellow poop is normal to have constantly, and that it’s only if they break out in a rash, if you as a mom feel something is off with your baby wether it seems “normal” but you still get some off feeling just call the pediatrician and have them tested or examined. Always trust your gut, better safe than sorry!
