Baby keeps waking herself up

My baby girl has started waking herself up at night. She basically thrashes her body and head, and rubs her face hard and consistently till she wakes up. She just started doing this a few weeks ago. I give her her paci and restrict her arm movements until she falls asleep but then she just starts it up all over again. I’m so so tired and I don’t know why she’s doing this and I don’t know what to do.

I do not want to Co sleep.

She is no longer being swaddled- I might have to go back to that I just didn’t want to have to cause she is fed through a gtube and I need to be able to access it to do her night feedings.

Also I think she is teething so idk if that’s what is causing.

Someone please give me some advice.
