How do you still stay active..?

I was wondering what’s your experience with staying active being so close to your due date? I had a nasty week of constant back pain and feeling really swollen (weather in Geneva is really warm!). Today I finally came back to swimming and it helped me enormously. I’m due on May 22, currently 33w4, ftm. Do you have any suggestions how to stay active and help feeling of swelling without overdoing it?
