Is this old blood or am I having a miscarrige

Hello please help me! I had a miscarriage almost a year ago and I had really dark blood there was blood in the toilet with clots and tissue. This time I found out I was pregnant and day being late from my period. I started light bleeding two days later and that lasted for two days only when I wiped. Now I’m having brown when I wipe.. it has a slight smell to it as well. Is this a miscarriage or is this normal any advice or help please !
