Dark Spots from Sun Exposure?

Does anyone know what these are? I went tanning a few days ago and suddenly the skin on my hand has these dark spots on the left side. They are not itchy or irritated, they are just .. there 😂

probably sun damage unfortunately. I’m sure you’re aware tanning is really bad for you but sun damage increases the risk of skin cancer by a lot. Switch to spray tans or self tanning at home

I’d stop tanning, and to help with the sun spots lightly exfoliate, I also hear that turmeric helps with evening skin tone. But I’d do your own research on that :)
